The Oklahoma City VA Health Care System Surgery Service requires one Globus Medical Complete Set of reusable instruments and trays for Neuro and Ortho Spine surgical procedures in the OR. Delivery is to the Oklahoma City VAHCS at 921 N.E. 13th St., Oklahoma City, OK 73104, Monday–Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. The contractor must provide a comprehensive solution, including any items needed for the equipment or software to function, and must be an expert in Neuro Spine/Ortho Spine; no VA employee training is required. The contractor must replace malfunctions, breaks, or inadequately operating items at no additional cost to the VA within the first 12 months of purchase and coordinate preventive maintenance or replacement with OKC VAHCS Biomedical Engineering. Instruments must be reusable, support spinal procedures, follow stainless-steel SOPs for the OKC VAMC, and the contractor will have no access to patient records or hospital areas, with no security accreditation package required.
