The VA seeks an SDVOSB set-aside contractor for FCC medical cache maintenance and storage supporting the Eastern Colorado Healthcare System (ECHCS). The firm-fixed-price effort includes cache and non-FCC equipment storage/maintenance, complete and partial cache delivery/setup for exercises, training and meeting support, exercise staffing for six staff, emergency cache labor for seven staff, and base-year transition/onboarding if needed. The contract has a base period of 12/01/2026–11/30/2027 and four option years running through 11/30/2031, with possible extension provisions. Award will be made on an all-or-nothing basis using comparative evaluation of technical capability, price, and past performance. Offerors must be verified SDVOSBs in SBA’s certification system at quote submission and award and must submit technical, price, past performance, and limitations-on-subcontracting volumes.
