The VA has issued a sources-sought/RFI for market research only, with no award to be made, seeking qualified vendors for full-service preventive maintenance and repair of Government-owned Xerox C8055HG multifunctional devices, including labor, parts, toner/developer, consumables, tools, and transportation except paper and staples. The work includes quarterly preventive maintenance, four-hour service-call response, repairs normally within 24 hours or 48 hours if parts are out of stock, monthly consumable replenishment, and 24-hour emergency supply delivery during weekday business hours. Services will support 26 Vet Center locations across Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Utah, Texas, and Oklahoma. The period of performance is one year beginning 12/1/2026 plus four option years, ending 11/30/2031. Qualified vendors should have recent comparable experience within the past three years, OEM-certified technicians with access to OEM software updates, active SAM registration, and ability to comply with FAR limitation on subcontracting.
