The Oklahoma City VA Health Care System (OKCVAHCS) requires a multi-year contract for preventive maintenance and breakdown repair of uninterruptible power supply equipment. The contractor must perform annual PM during normal working hours, schedule PM at least two weeks in advance, provide 24/7 repair services, respond by telephone within two working hours, be on site within four hours, and obtain manufacturer assistance if unresolved within two working days. The agreement includes all labor, travel, replacement parts, and materials except batteries, air filters, and full bank capacitor replacement where applicable; OEM parts and software updates must be provided at no additional cost. Required deliverables include service reports, a substitute equipment statement, calibration certification for vendor equipment, an annual OEM calibration certificate within one month of PM, and protection from damage.
