Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a project to replace furniture, fixtures, and equipment at the Salt Lake City VA Medical Center's IPU. The work involves replacing patient room toilets, sinks, and doors with anti-ligature models, as well as replacing grid ceilings with either gypsum or mental health-grade panel systems. The performance period is 180 calendar days from the notice to proceed, with work to be conducted during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. The project will be executed in six distinct construction phases to maintain facility access. All work will be performed at the Salt Lake City VA Medical Center.
