Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This contract requires modifying existing HVAC systems to provide humidification monitoring and control for two pharmacy storage rooms at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center in Aurora, CO. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work, which includes installing steam dispersion manifolds, ductwork, piping, and a control system integrated with the existing building automation system. The period of performance for the contract is 90 days. The contractor must comply with extensive safety, environmental, and infection control standards, including having an OSHA-30 certified competent person on-site at all times.
