The Eastern Oklahoma Veterans Health Care System requires purchase and installation of two Peracetic Acid Monitoring Systems for Endoscopy/Scope Processing areas at the Jack C. Montgomery VAMC in Muskogee, OK, and the Ernest Childers Outpatient Clinic in Tulsa, OK. The systems must provide real-time vapor monitoring with audible/visual alarms, a wall-mounted touch-screen display, and a standalone data-tracking computer/monitor with direct cable connection and no network/internet access. Contractor duties include site assessments, optimal monitor/sensor placement, ensuring full functionality after installation, training users at both sites, and providing ongoing maintenance and calibration of sensors. The contract consists of a base year plus four option years, with delivery to the Muskogee VAMC warehouse and installation performed between 0800–1500 on non-federal holidays. The contractor must furnish all supplies, equipment, personnel, and services; work is non-personal service and subject to COR oversight.
