The VA seeks a qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to provide Sterile Processing Service courier services for the Rocky Mountain Regional VAMC in Aurora, CO and southern Colorado CBOCs in Pueblo and Colorado Springs, transporting sterile and non-sterile reusable medical equipment on scheduled weekday routes. The contractor must furnish all labor, vehicles, fuel, insurance, uniforms, badges, and supplies; maintain temperature/humidity, cleaning, and pickup/delivery documentation; comply with PIV/background-check requirements; and operate a quality control program under a firm-fixed-price contract. Performance is anticipated from September 30, 2026 through September 29, 2031 via a base year plus four option years, with a possible six-month extension. This is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside under NAICS 492110, and contractors must meet Colorado courier, auto insurance, driver, and vehicle registration requirements. Quotes will be evaluated on technical capability, price, past performance, and compliance with limitations on subcontracting.
