The contractor must provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation to fully de-install, remove, transport, and dispose of two GE INNOVA 4100-IQ imaging systems and associated peripherals. Work will be performed at the George E Wahlen Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Salt Lake City, UT, specifically in Radiology rooms 1D44/1D42A in building 1. Removal must comply with Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications and all applicable VA, federal, state, and local requirements. The systems are no longer in use, having been replaced by new equipment in a newly built IR space, and must be removed to better utilize the Radiology area.
