This is a sources sought notice, not a solicitation, seeking qualified sources for Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Contract Emergency Residential Services (CERS). Services would be performed at a contractor-operated community-based residential facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma, providing transitional housing, room and board, 24/7 staffing, case management, transportation, and supportive services for eligible homeless Veterans referred by the VA. The government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with an anticipated period of performance from March 1, 2027 through February 29, 2032, consisting of one base year and four option years. Interested vendors are invited to submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet the draft Performance Work Statement requirements, including facility standards, staffing, documentation, and program performance measures.
