The amendment updates the offer due date but does not change the core requirements. All offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment on each copy of their submission. Any changes to an already submitted offer must be made via telegram or letter and received before the specified opening time. Compliance with the ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 is mandatory for award consideration. Offers missing required documentation or not meeting the solicitation’s terms and conditions may be eliminated from evaluation.
