The required delivery location is the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado, with F.O.B. destination terms. Only new OEM equipment from an authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller is acceptable; gray market and remanufactured items are prohibited.
