Janitorial Service

The contractor will provide all management, supervision, and labor for aseptic janitorial services at four Oklahoma City VA Health Care System locations: Oklahoma City VA Medical Center, Lawton Main Clinic, Lawton North Clinic, and Stillwater CBOC. Services cover interior spaces such as exam rooms, public areas, restrooms, waiting rooms, and offices. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, with no weekend or overtime work required or authorized. The approximate square footage includes 353,720 sq ft at the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center, 34,997 sq ft at Lawton Main, 17,000 sq ft at Lawton North, and 3,861 sq ft at Stillwater. Contractors must have training and experience in medical-environment cleaning techniques to maintain a clean, pathogen-free facility.
