The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified vendors to supply and install an Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) with 180 locked key positions for the Sheridan VAMC in Sheridan, Wyoming. The system must feature a metal-on-metal key ring connection, a glass or polycarbonate door, a minimum 7-inch capacitive touch screen, and web-based software that integrates with the existing Gallagher security access control system. Vendors must provide a certified installation team, on-premises software setup, integration, and at least two hours of training, with a two-year standard warranty on all materials. Responses are due by 10:00 MST on May 21, 2026, and must include a capability statement, business size, SAM UEI, GSA contract number if applicable, estimated lead time, and country of origin.
