This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide water chemistry and biology laboratory testing services for the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System. The contract includes a guaranteed minimum of $50,000 and features a base period from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with four optional one-year periods extending through April 30, 2031. Services will be performed off-site by the contractor, who must provide sampling materials and lab analysis for the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center located at 921 NE 13th St., Oklahoma City, OK. The contractor must hold ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, CDC ELITE or PHE Legionella EQA proficiency, and demonstrate five consecutive years of competency for the required water quality tests. Award will be based on best value considering technical ability, past performance, price, and subcontracting compliance.
