The contractor must deliver and install up to six beds per day over a five-day period to the specified location, with no loading dock available and no onsite storage during installation. All equipment must be new, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) items, and offers for equal products must meet or exceed the detailed salient characteristics listed in the statement of work. The government will evaluate offers based on technical capability, price, and completion of a Buy American certificate, with award made on an all-or-nothing basis.
