The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking potential sources capable of providing instruments, reagents, and all necessary items for comprehensive blood gas and electrolyte testing on a cost-per-test or reagent rental agreement basis. The services are to be performed at four specified VA Medical Centers in Oklahoma and Utah. This is a market research request to identify capable businesses, including SDVOSB, VOSB, and small or large businesses, to fulfill the requirement.
