The purpose of this contract is to provide Shuttle Transportation Services for the Veterans Affairs (VA) beneficiaries and visitors within the Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (OKC VAHS). This contract is to engage a contractor who can provide shuttle services to the locations identified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall furnish all contract oversight, management, technically trained personnel, equipment, and insurances necessary to provide shuttle services in accordance with this PWS. This is a non-personal services contract. The contractor, its employees, agents, and subcontractors shall not be considered VA employees for any purpose of fulfilling the PWS and shall be considered employees of the contractor. The purpose is to transport VA Health Care System patients and visitors. VA staff may also use the shuttle service if there is unused capacity. Â Â PURPOSE The purpose of this contract is to engage a Contractor who can provide Shuttle Services to the locations identified in this PWS at OKC VA Health Care System.
