The Montana VA Health Care System requires the following services to be provided in a private hospital, office, or clinic environment to Veterans, primarily residing in the counties of: Daniels, Lincoln, Richland, Roosevelt, Sheridan, and Silver Bow. Services shall be performed by contractor within the city limits of Plentywood, MT 59254 on behalf of Montana VA Health Care System. Services shall be provided off-site as an Other Outpatient Services (OOS) Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The contractor shall furnish all personnel to provide services necessary to perform Telehealth and other medical support services to eligible beneficiaries of the Montana Veterans Affairs Health Care System.
