This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is for market research to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform or provide a potential requirement. The responses received from interested vendors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs, in support of Sheridan WY VAMC is seeking sources for a potential requirement for Air Flow Balancing and as listed: Statement of Work: Services are required monthly (3 areas with 24 rooms) and bi-annually (3 areas with 9 rooms) at the VA Medical Center in Sheridan, Wyoming to conduct air flow and balancing tests at various locations in the facilities. Contractor is to provide written results required by USP 797 and per NEBB's Testing Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) procedures. Written results shall contain fan design data and test data including CFM, velocity, duct size, total static pressure across fan, external static pressure upstream of fan, and external static pressure downstream of fan. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (HUBZone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, service-disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business or large business) relative to NACIS 541380 - Testing Laboratories and Services and Product Service Code (PSC): B599 - Special Studies/Analysis Other.
