We will not be sharing the annual value during the solicitation phase. Question 3: How can a site visit be arranged? Government Response: Unfortunately, we cannot host site visits during the solicitation process. Question 4: Would you confirm that the VA will provide all consumables? Government Response: The government will provide all supplies for cleaning of the areas. Each area has a housekeeping closet minus. The housing units do not have supplies; therefore, the contractor must carry housekeeping supplies from the closets to the housing units. The supplies must be returned to the appropriate closets after use. Question 5: Will supplies will be provided by the Sheridan VA, housekeeping section to perform the terms of the contract? I.E. Includes all of the equipment (vacuums, brooms, rags, spray bottles, etc.) and implements required for cleaning and for taking care of spills, etc. does that also encompass any PPE that may need to be worn for eliminating an episode with Blood Borne Pathogens present or bodily fluids?
