This RFI is specifically requesting information pertaining to the Buy American Act. This notice is for market research purposes only. Please provide a response to this RFI and confirm that the equipment your company intends to potentially provide for Oklahoma City VA Medical Center s requirement is manufactured in the United States. If any of the equipment is manufactured outside of the United States, please provide a list of items that are manufactured outside of the United States and indicate the country of origin. Note: Do not include Proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information in responses. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future or potential solicitation. It is the intent of the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center to use the information gathered for market research purposes only. If a formal solicitation is released, it will be posted to Contract Opportunities. A draft Statement of Work is attached for reference.
