The Neurology Pain Clinic at the Oklahoma City VAHCS is seeking sources for a medical RF Generator for radiofrequency ablation. This will allow providers to treat overall pain care and general medical care. The RF Generator must be capable of being used in the following procedures Monopolar RF Bipolar RF Pulsed RF Pulsed Dose RF Sacroiliac (SI) denervation with the Simplicity RF Denervation Probe The system must offer intelligent control of the Simplicity RF Denervation Probe, which has three independent electrodes to create a true strip lesion with a single insertion point. An example of this generator is the RFG-Ionic by Abbott. This make and model is provided for illustrative purposes only. Please respond to this RFI only if you are able to meet these requirements.
