REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is issuing this source sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in ) Polymedco home FIT test kits, and the resources to support this requirement for a VISN Wide Contract for the following stations: VA Montana Health Care System (436), Cheyenne VA Medical Center (VAMC) (442), VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System (554), VA Western Colorado Health Care System (575), Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (623), Oklahoma City VA Health Care System (635), VA Salt Lake City Health Care System (660). The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. Contractor shall provide Polymedco home FIT test kits. The contractor shall provide each facility with a total number of boxes (20 tests per box) OCPUIO VA1-220260 OC-Auto SENSOR Personal Use Kit - 20 personal packs to include color custom back needed for that month. The contractor shall then ship the appropriate number of boxes directly to the Government Printing Office (GPO).
