There is nothing stopping you from going from truck to the hall outside the rooms they are in. Is there an elevator that requires a breakdown of each battery pallet before reaching the change out area? No Are there any narrow doorways or hallways (or heavy carpeting) or raised/access floor to transit that would require breakdown of each battery pallet before reaching the change out area?
