VISN 19 Coagulation Contractor shall provide all equipment, reagents, standards, controls, supplies, consumable/disposable items, parts, accessories, and any other item required for the proper operation of its Contractor owned coagulation equipment necessary for the generation of a patient Coagulation Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR) for multiple locations within VISN 19, Network Contracting Office 19. A services component will also be provided for maintenance, repairs, upgrades, trainings, and quality control. Equipment, supplies, and services shall be required for a 5-year ordering period, blanket purchase agreement.
