This requirement includes manufacturing of healthcare equipment and professional installation. Service required is detailed in CFM technical requirements per VHA Healthcare Equipment. Healthcare equipment includes the audiometric testing suite, accessories and related services. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to satisfy the needs of the ordering activity.
