This requirement is now solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside. The new responses due date for this RFQ is September 13, 2024, at 4:00 pm MDT. All other RFQ details (i.e. SOW, Period of Performance, etc.) remain unchanged. Any offers received in response to the initial version of this RFQ will not be considered for evaluation or award.
