Q3: It says 100% SBSA so does that mean that you only take bids from that entity or can other segments (large business) put in a bid? A3: Bids can only be submitted by small businesses. Q4: In regards to the Authorized distributor letter (pg. 8 of 11 on the combined synopsis/solicitation notice), are you requiring my small business acquire a letter from the actual vendor? A4: Yes, your submission must include proof or authorization from the manufacturer that you are authorized to distribute their products.
