REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that can provide an annual requirement for influenza shot-wellness postcard notifications to be printed and mailed out to veterans no later than September of each year. The Contractor shall print/produce and mail bulk orders of 8.5X5.5 high-grade mailing postcards. The estimated annual quantities for Cheyenne VA Health Care Services are 20,000 Mailing Postcards. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary to produce and mail out an uninterrupted annual bulk supply of high-grade mailing postcards to Cheyenne (VAHCS) veterans. This encompasses veterans serviced by the Cheyenne VA Medical Center, 2360 East Pershing Boulevard, Cheyenne Wyoming, and any of its affiliated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), as required.
