The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in, and the resources to support this requirement for REFRIGERATOR SERVICES for the Rocky Mountain Regional Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. It is the Contractor s responsibility to provide all equipment needed to successfully maintain or repair the units specified in this statement of work. - Contractor s personnel must meet the follow qualifications: chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification, Section 608 Technician Certification per the Environmental Protection Agency, and must have at least 5 years experience working on refrigeration units.The contract shall be effective for a one-year base period, with two (2) one-year options, to be exercised at the Government s discretion. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, and multiple awards MAY be made.
