DESCRIPTION The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in, and the resources to support this requirement for Steris Sterilizer and Washer Maintenance for the Rocky Mountain Regional Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance; Size Standard $34 million. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a solicitation. Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, supplies and equipment necessary to perform Steris Sterilizers & Washer Preventative Maintenance. Services shall include but are not limited to the following: Contractor shall furnish labor, parts, supplies and equipment necessary to provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and periodic preventive maintenance inspections for the equipment listed below. The contract shall be effective for 1 base period, with four (4) one-year options, to be exercised at the Government s discretion.
