Sources Sought The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO 19) is conducting a market survey and is seeking potential sources for a Brand Name or Equal Lease and Service Agreement for Surgical Drills and Accessories. Projected order will be for a one (1) year Base and four (4) one (1) year option periods. At this time, the capability to provide a lease and service agreement is needed unless it can be determined that this method is not in the best interest of the government. Even if your company can not provide leasing and service agreements, please provide your information and annotate your capabilities below. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for information and planning purposes only.
