SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, 6162 S. Willow Drive, Suite 300, Greenwood Village CO 80111 intends to solicit sources to enter into a firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Cost Per Test (CPT) Automated Microbiological Blood Culture Identification/Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (ID/AST) for the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service for Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) for two VISN 19 facilities, Oklahoma City VA Health Care System (OKCVAHCS) located at 921 NE 13TH ST, Oklahoma City, OK, 73104 and the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOKVAHCS) located at 1011 Honor Heights Drive, Muskogee, OK, 73104. The Contractor shall provide the equipment, software, consumables, and training to enable the listed facilities to perform the following tests per the test menu at a fixed CPT price: Aerobic blood culture testing Anaerobic blood culture testing Subculture capability Mycobacteria processing (non-blood sources) Gram-positive susceptibility testing (AST) Gram-negative susceptibility testing (AST) Yeast susceptibility testing Gram-positive ID Gram-negative ID Anaerobic ID Neisseria/Haemophilus ID Yeast ID This solicitation is full and open.
