Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, professional expertise, vehicles, tools, materials, services, equipment and quality control to perform elevator preventative maintenance, emergency repairs and assist a third-party contractor in the semi-annual, annual and five-year load test/inspections for all 49 elevators and dumbwaiters within the Rocky Mountain Regional VAMC.
