Contractor shall perform routine maintenance as well as monthly and annual testing as required by manufacturer and NFPA code on the Aurora Fire Pump System Model 481 located at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. All work and services shall be in accordance with National Fire Protection Association Standards (NFPA 25). In accordance with NFPA 25, a master record of maintenance and testing shall be maintained by the Contractor for submission to the government Point of Contact (POC) upon completion of the work required by this contract.
