Testing, Balancing and Airflow Certification Services The Contractor shall provide HVAC testing, balancing, and airflow certification services for the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center (RMRVAMC). Testing and balancing services provided by the Contractor shall be used to verify compliance, identify compliance issues, and help correct compliance issues with VA and Joint Commission HVAC standards.
