THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that can provide Reference Laboratory Testing for following the VISN 19 locations: VA Montana Health Care System, located at 3687 Veterans Drive, Fort Harrison, MT 59636, Cheyenne Health Care System, located at 2360 E Pershing Blvd, Cheyenne, WY 82001, the VA Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, located at 1700 N Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045, the VA Western Colorado Health Care System, located at 2121 North Ave, Grand Junction, CO 81501, the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System, located at 1011 Honor Heights Dr., Muskogee, OK 74401, the VA Oklahoma City Health Care System, located at 921 NE 13th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73104, the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System located at 500 Foothill Blvd, Salt Lake City, UT 84148, and the VA Sheridan Health Care System, located at 1898 Fort Rd., Sheridan, WY 82801. Contractor shall provide pickup and transport of specimens, pre-analytical processing as defined in its laboratory manual, analysis, reporting of analytical results and interpretation for clinical and anatomical pathological specimens. The contractor must be able to provide a wide range of testing services as well as specialized testing in areas of hematology, chemistry, coagulation, microbiology, molecular, genetics, virology, clinical interpretation, cytology and anatomic pathology, oncology, and specialized pathology support in specialized pathology areas. Contractors shall provide the following in response to Sources Sought Notice: A completed copy of Business information listed below with a capabilities statement. Completed copy of the attachment (exhibit A) with responses for the full test menu. A copy of the CLIA accreditation certificate for each laboratory listed in exhibit A. A declaration signed by the Laboratory Director named on CLIA certificate that indicates that the test identified in Exhibit A are currently being performed at that laboratory.  The NAICS code is 621511 Medical Laboratories and Small Business Size Standard is $41.5 Million.  This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a request for proposal (RFP). No questions will be answered. The VA will not pay for any information received resulting from this, sources sought notice.
