There is at least one other device on the market that can meet the needs of the requesting station. Any award made will be based on the contractor s ability to provide a product that can meet the salient characteristics. Evaluation criteria remain the same and are as follows: Technical capability or quality of the item offered to meet the Government requirement Completion of Attachment - VAAR Clause 852.219-76 VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting-Certificate of Compliance for Supplies and Products (DEVIATION) Price Due date for quote submission is now 8/4/2023 at 1600 MT.
