Seeking the service of a firm to provide qualified audiology equipment technician(s) to perform the Maintenance and Technical Support Service requirements listed in the RFQ 36C25923Q0517 for the following locations: Equipment is located at Cheyenne VA Medical Center 2360 East Pershing Blvd Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001. The Northern Colorado VA outpatient clinic is located at 4575 Byrd Drive Loveland, CO 80538. The Rawlins VA outpatient clinic is located at 1809 East Daley Street Rawlins, WY 82301. The Sidney VA outpatient clinic is located at 1116 10th Avenue Sidney, NE 69162. Please review all attachments for this requirement. Solicitation question(s) submission shall be received not later than 3:00pm MDT on May 17, 2023.  Late submissions will not be accepted. All quotations and supporting documents shall be sent via email to Dragos Vlase, Contract Specialist, e-mail: dragos.vlase@va.gov. Submission shall be received by no later than 3:00pm MDT on May 19, 2023. Late submissions will not be accepted. Only e-mailed quotes will be accepted. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure the Governments timely receipt of their quote. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations and technical statements/documents are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm fixed priced Base Plus 2 Option Years service contract. For offerors who want more time for the close, the date and time will not be extended because this is an open market no-set aside. A vendor who is planning to perform the service with their own equipment and own employees, would not have an issue providing a quote in the allotted time frame. Those who plan on subcontracting out the majority or 100% of the service may submit their quotes, but they would need to meet the limitations of subcontracting and the close date and time will not be extended. Please submit your best offer. After quotes are submitted there is no re-negotiation on pricing after the close of the solicitation.
