REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that can provide an electronic and cabinetry anatomical pathology, cytology, and/or histology slides for the Dreampath Crystal Slide Storage System: CA2041A CA-2041 - Cabinet 40 trays full CRYSTAL (Qty 10) and CA20402 CA-2040 Double Base for CRYSTAL Cabinet (Qty 4). The equipment will be located at the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System(ECHCS), 1700 N Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. The NAICS code is 337127 Institutional Furniture Manufacturing. Small Business Size Standard is 500 Employees. The information submitted shall contain the company s business size status.
