The Department of Veterans Affair, Network Contracting Office 19, is seeking sources for a potential agreement for a requires a source for web-based medical code look-up tool. VHA Office of Community Care (OCC) requires a source for analyzing coding data to identify any discrepancies or errors. VHA OCC is located at 3773 Cherry Creek Drive North, Suite 470 Denver, CO 80209. 2. The intended contract(s) period will be for five (5) years; one 12-month Base period and four (4) 12-month option years. 3. The Government is interested in sources that can provide all of the required services as stated in the Statement of Work (SOW). Interested parties are encouraged to respond with what they can provide. 4. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (HUBZone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, service-disabled veteran owned small business, or large business) relative to NACIS 519290 Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services. Responses to this sources sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this source sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published on Contract Opportunities or GSA.
