REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY The Department of Veterans Affairs, VHA, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center is seeking potential sources that can provide, Non-Coroner Autopsy Service for Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 19. Contractor shall provide Non-Coroner Autopsy Services only, which may include special testing on the Brain if required to establish cause of death. The contractor shall provide transport of the decedent to their facility to conduct the required test and shall be available 24hr to the VA facility. The preliminary report shall be provided in 48 hours or less with a final report to follow within 30 days unless there is extenuating circumstances such as special testing, toxicology and results needed for final report. If the final report is to be delayed past 30 days, the contractor will notify requestor as to what tests are pending. The decedent will be transported from Cheyenne VAHCS, 2360 east Pershing Blvd., Cheyenne WY, 82001. NCO 19 is performing market research to determine if there are sufficient number of qualified (1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); (3) Small or emerging small business firms; or (4) Large businesses who can fulfill the requirement. This Sources Sought notice is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. All SDVOSB, VOSB, small and large businesses capable of fulfilling the requirement are invited to respond.
