The VA is seeking QUALIFIED VENDORS to provide a very brief response to this notice including only just what is asked for in this notice below. This is a sources sought notice to industry and the only information is posted on Contract Opportunities web page at https://SAM.Gov/. Sources sought means seeking qualified vendors. The attachments included on the Contract Opportunities page do not include any additional information. If your company is interested, please read this notice entirely and submit the required information, as requested herein. VA is seeking qualified sources ( vendors ) who have interest and capability of providing a Temporary Emergency Room Modular building rental for the Grand Junction VA Medical Center, 2121 North Ave, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501. The requirement will require temporary medical exam and treatment space and associated offices for a period anticipated to be a base year and up to four one-year options. The Contractor shall provide modular buildings that will provide approximately 8,500 SF of clinical space and office space for futures services that are displaced by construction. The selected contractor shall coordinate with the Station to determine preliminary site improvement required to support modular buildings (site preparation); deliver temporary facilities and place in designated locations; provide monthly HVAC services to include any system repairs necessary to maintain a safe operating environment. When the contract is no longer needed the contractor will remove the temporary buildings from the facility along with returning the site to original condition, contractor will be responsible for submitting site pictures of the original condition prior to disturbing the site. Station will provide furniture and equipment needed for use. Contractor will provide all fixed fixtures sch as lighting, and bathroom fixtures. These services have not previously been contracted.
