The Contractor shall investigate, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance for the five (5) Harris Environmental System Refrigeration Units. The Contractor shall also provide both in the field and classroom type training to VA Maintenance personnel in two separate 5 business day training sessions for 20 people. Both requirements must be fulfilled at the main campus at 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. VA will provide any blueprints or equipment schedules to assist in troubleshooting and to order parts for repairs as needed to maintain the five (5) refrigeration units. Contractor to respond within 24 hours of notification that a unit is down. Contractor is expected to have parts on order within 48 hours of notification of the VA that a unit is down. Contractor to notify VA point of contact if there will be any deviation from the proposed timelines. All repairs shall be done by a “Fully Qualified” Harris Environmental System certified technician and adhere to the most recent Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 608 Refrigerant Management regulation requirements.
