Detailed Item Description Example: Functional Vision Analzyer Stereo Optical Functional Vision Analyzer (Optec FVA) or EQUIVALENT Technical Specifications/Salient Characteristics: • Performs testing required to evaluation functional vision including visual acuity, contrast sensitivity, depth perception, color vision, and potential acuity. • Includes 4 lighting conditions (day, night, with and without glare) • Meets FDA Clinical Research Standards • Meets ANSI Standards • Homogenious illumination • Includes EyeView software • Binocular glare testing • Target illumination: 3.0 cd/m2 for night, 85 cd/m2 for day, or customizeable between 1.0 and 125 cd/m2 • Glare luminance – 1 Lux and 28 Lux for night glare, 10 Lux and 135 Lux for day glare • Sine Wave Gratings 5 spatial frequencies 1.5, 3, 6, 12, and 18 cycles per degree • Light levels are microprocessor controlled and continually calibrated
