Questions and Answers are below Q1. Could you please confirm that 128GB is a requirement and not 64GB or 256GB. A1. The minimum requirement of 128 GB needs to be met. 64 GB will not work. Q1. Will broken tablet replacements be purchased or unlimited free replacements? A2. Yes, all broken tablets will need to be repaired or replaced during the leasing period. Q3. Is it acceptable to open retail packaging to provision sim cards, MDM and verify proper function and setup? A3. Yes, this can occur in order to set up the tablets. Q4. Is government willing to provide GSA MAS K authorization letter for procurement? A4. The VA does not award to any third party. Contractor has to be the contract holder. Q5. Will government consider removing buy America act requirement? iPads are not made in TAA compliant countries. A5. The Buy America Act is removed granted due to exception for IT requirements.
