The PSC is S216 Housekeeping Facilities Operations Support. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 19 Located at 6162 S. Willow Drive, Suite 300, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111, in support of the SLC VA Medical Center, 500 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84148 is seeking to procure services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and price schedule. The Contractor shall price for Hazardous Waste Removal/Disposal services. Period of Performance (PoP): One-year base period of 30 September 2022 to 29 September 2022 with four (4) one-year option periods. Offers are due 09-21-2022 @ 11:00 MST.
