Page 2 of 2 REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in, and the resources to support this requirement for Training of Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) Implementation by Franklin Covey for the Rocky Mountain Regional Veterans Affairs Medical Center, located at 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 611430. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a solicitation. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel and training material to perform the required training for the 4 Disciplines of Execution(4DX) to include the three phases: 1. Design Phase Senior leaders participate in a 4DX Execution Design Session to architect Wildly Important Goals (WIGs) for all levels and teams. 2. Build Phase Leaders learn how to Launch and Run 4DX with their teams. 3. Run Phase Coaches and leaders ensure 4DX Process Adherence and Optimization. Services shall include but are not limited to: Provide the theory and concepts of 4DX principles, Focus on the wildly important goals, Acting on the lead measures, Keeping a compelling scoreboard, Creating a cadence of accountability, Provide technical support to leadership on 4DX model and portal, Provide coaching and consultation on 4DX, Provide the training both on-site and/or virtually based on curriculum.
