The contractor shall provide Full Maintenance Services, Preventative Maintenance (PM), Repair, and Breakdown Services for all elevators, dumbwaiters, and cart lifts located at this facility, in accordance with the terms and conditions stated within this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The required Elevator Maintenance Services include, but are not limited to, full elevator maintenance service in accordance with the ASME Safety Code requirements, the manufacturer's recommendations, the Elevator Field Employees' Safety Handbook, National Electrical Code, and all other applicable laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, etc. Full maintenance services are defined as all services, repairs, inspections, and testing necessary to maintain all elevators, dumbwaiters, and cart lifts, appurtenances, and accessories in a fully operational mode at all times (except for prescheduled downtime) including all labor, parts, and materials, to include shipping.
